摘  要:为解决飞机战伤抢修效能评估体系中合理量化定性指标的问题,提出一种确定指标权重的可拓熵权法。根据可拓区间数及其运算规则,利用可拓理论对熵权法进行改进,将熵权法和可拓理论有效结合,通过考虑量化定性指标存在的不确定性,建立飞机战伤抢修效能评估模型,基于基准可拓区间来对指标的熵权进行排序,并在飞机战伤抢修效能评估中进行应用验证。结果证实了该模型的合理性和可行性。In order to solve the problem of quantize qualitative indexes in the evaluation system of aircraft battle damage repair(ABDR)efficiency properly,an extension entropy weight method is proposed to achieve scientific and objective indexes’weights.According to extension interval number and its operation rules,the entropy weight method is improved by the extension theory.In view of the shortage of the entropy weight method,combined with extension theory,considering the uncertainty of quantizing qualitative indexes,ABDR efficiency assessment model is proposed.Based on benchmark extension interval,the entropy weight of the indexes is sorted.The proposed model is validated by the application of ABDR efficiency assessment.The results indicate that the model is effective and feasible.
