摘  要:通过测量马达进出口及配油流道的压力,研究曲轴及配油对伸缩摆缸液压马达压力脉动的影响,并与现有文献通过理论计算得到的角排量对压力脉动的影响进行比较。结果表明:曲轴对压力脉动的影响虽存在但不明显,配油通过流道长度和通油面积的周期性变化两条途径对压力脉动施加显著的影响,实测压力曲线没有呈现出角排量对压力脉动有影响。The objectives of this work were to investigate the influence of crankshaft and distribution on the pressure ripple of telescopic swing cylinder hydraulic motor by test the pressure of inlet/outlet port and distribution passageway,and compare with the influence of angle displacement on pressure ripple obtained by theoretical calculation in existing literatures.The results show that:The influence of crankshaft on pressure ripple is not obvious though it exists.Distribution exerts significant influence on pressure ripple through two ways,the periodic change of passageway length and distribution area.The measured pressure curve shows no effect of angle displacement on pressure ripple.
