摘　　要：该文通过介绍电液伺服阀的结构和工作原理,重点说明了三个零位和其调试方法。并阐述了零位调试的注意事项和零位问题的故障处理方法。Structure and working principle of electro-hydraulic servo valve is introduced in this paper,especially explain three zero positions and their debug method,introduce some matters need attention of zero position debug,and expound judgment methods of zero problem.
