摘  要:上海市针对重点行业工业源水中含锑污染物开展调查.通过名单初筛、现场填表、取样检测的调查流程后,筛选可能涉锑排放行业43个,企业258个,回收有效调查表191份,采集水样118份,最终确定排放锑的企业60家.确定上海市涉锑企业主要在纺织印染行业、化工(聚酯生产和利用)行业,分别占本次调查企业总数的54%和23%;建筑建材和军工行业分别占3%和2%,其他行业共计占18%.涉锑企业的原辅材料主要涉及涤纶成分,印染工艺和涤纶的前纺后纺工艺为产生含锑废水的主要工艺.本次调查的2017年度全市重点行业废水中含锑污染的总削减率为56.1%.化学絮凝沉淀与生化处理工艺对含锑废水有一定的去除效率.Shanghai carried out an investigation on antimony pollutants in industrial wastewater of key industries.After preliminary screening of the list,on-site filling in the form,sampling and testing,43 industries and 258 enterprises that were involved in antimony emission were screened,191 valid questionnaires were recovered,118 water samples were collected,and 60 enterprises that might discharge antimony were finally determined.The antimony related enterprises were mainly in textile printing and dyeing industry and chemical(polyester production and utilization)industry,accounting for 54%and 23%,respectively.Construction materials and military industry accounted for 3%and 2%,respectively,and other industries accounted for 18%in total.Raw and auxiliary materials of antimony related enterprises mainly involve polyester and related components,printing and dyeing process and polyester spinning process were the main processes to produce antimony containing wastewater.In 2017,the total reduction rate of antimony pollution in municipal wastewater was 56.1%.The technology of chemical flocculation and biochemical treatment had a certain removal efficiency for antimony wastewater.
