摘　　要：中频炉在使用中经常出现感应线圈变形,可能是轴向变形,也可能是径向变形,对中频炉使用产生较大影响,不仅引发设备故障,还降低炉衬寿命。通过详细分析中频炉感应线圈变形的形成原因,并从制作、使用和维护角度做出分析,针对原因制定了相应的处置措施,然后在维护过程实施,解决了感应线圈变形问题。The induction coil of intermediate frequency furnace often appears axial deformation or radial deformation in use,which not only causes equipment failure,but also reduces the lining life. The causes of induction coil deformation in intermediate frequency furnace are analyzed in detail,and corresponding measures are formulated to solve the problem of induction coil deformation.
