摘　　要：随着蠕墨铸铁的技术不断发展,目前生产气缸体、气缸盖毛坯牌号多为RuT400、RuT450,但RuT300牌号一直没有应用。针对RuT300蠕墨铸铁工艺生产要求,通过严格管控原材料,选择合理的化学成分;制定合理的电炉熔炼工艺,选用精准的喂丝法生产。成功生产了满足RuT300性能要求的发动机气缸体毛坯,达到了降本增效的目的。With the continuous development of vermicular graphite cast iron technology,the cylinder block and cylinder head are mostly produced by RuT400 and RuT450.The production of RuT300 vermicular graphite cast iron was studied in this paper.Through strict control of raw materials,selection of reasonable chemical composition,formulation of electric furnace smelting process and selection of accurate wire feeding method,the blank of engine cylinder block meeting RuT300 performance requirements was successfully produced,achieving the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
