摘　　要：长导轨机床床身铸件性能要求高,易产生弯曲变形等缺陷。在铸件结构分析基础上,初步设计确定了铸造工艺方案和材质化学成分控制要求,并应用MAGMA软件对铸造工艺进行了模拟。生产实践证明铸件的尺寸、力学性能及表面质量均满足用户技术要求。Long guide machine tool bed casting requires high performance,and easy to produce bending deformation defects.Based on the analysis of casting structure,the casting process scheme and material composition were determined,and the MAGMA software was used to simulate the casting process.The production practice shows that the dimensions,mechanical properties and surface quality of the castings meet the requirements of customers.
