摘　　要：中华武术博大精深,享誉世界,与医学、京剧、书法并称中国四大国粹。中华武术在其发展过程中,孕育了众多优秀的拳种,萌芽于登州的“戚家拳”便是其中著名的代表之一。戚家拳,是由民族英雄戚继光创编而成的一套拳法。戚继光不仅是一位杰出的军事家,而且在中华武术史上有着重要的历史地位。有关戚家拳的最早记述出自他的《纪效新书·拳经捷要篇》。Chinese martial arts in their development have created many excellent kinds of boxing or Quan,of which Qjjia Boxing(Qjjia Quan),sprouted in Dengzhou(now Penglai),is a celebrated representative.Qjia Boxing is a set of boxing techniques created by Qi Jiguang,a national hero in the Ming Dynasty.Qi Jiguang was not only an outstanding strategist,but also held an important position in the history of Chinese martial arts.The earliest record of Qjia Boxing comes from the chapter of Key Points of Boxing Techniques in New Book of Effective Methods(Jixiao Xinshu).
