欧美高校图书馆出版服务研究——基于《图书馆出版名录》(2014-2019)

摘　　要：为全面了解、掌握欧美高校图书馆出版服务的特点及发展趋势,并从中汲取有益的启示。以图书馆出版联盟发布的《图书馆出版名录》(2014-2019)的信息为基础,结合网络调查和文献调研,利用SPSS分析工具和比较分析法,对近六年来欧美高校图书馆出版服务的组织形式、人员投入、资金来源、媒体形态、质量控制、合作伙伴等方面进行研究。结果表明:(1)独立的出版服务部门是图书馆出版服务的主要组织形式和发展趋势;(2)图书馆出版服务投入的等效全职人员平均为3~4人,并以专业人员为主;(3)图书馆运营预算是图书馆出版服务的主要经费来源,甚至是唯一来源;(4)文本是图书馆出版服务最重要的媒体形态,图像、音频、视频、数据等也是图书馆出版服务的主要媒体形态;(5)同行评审仍然是图书馆控制出版内容质量的主要手段;(6)高校的相关部门、项目组、教师是高校图书馆出版服务的主要合作伙伴,研究生和本科生是图书馆出版服务的重要合作伙伴。The paper aims to fully understand and master the characteristics and development trends of European and American university library publishing services,and draw useful inspiration from them.Based on the information of Library Publishing Directory(2014-2019)issued by the Library Publishing Coalition,combined with the network survey and literature research,using SPSS and comparative analysis,this paper studies the organization form,personnel input,capital source,media form,quality control and partners of publishing service in university libraries in Europe and America in the past six years.The results show that:(1)The independent publishing service department is the main organizational form and development trend of library publishing service.(2)The equivalent full-time staff invested in library publishing service is 3-4 on average,and mainly professional staff.(3)Library operating budget is the main source of funding for library publishing services,and even the only source.(4)Text is the most important media form of library publishing services,and images,audio,video,and data are also the main media forms of library publishing services.(5)Peer review is still the main means for library to control the quality of publishing content.(6)The relevant departments,project groups and teachers of the university are the main partners of the publishing service of the university library,and the postgraduates and undergraduates are the important partners of the publishing service of the library.
