摘  要:为解决电杆滚焊机加工中钢筋笼直径小、长度长且有锥度需要变径的难题,研发基于PLC控制、无线LORA射频技术和红外技术的滚焊机控制系统,实现对滚焊机的自动变径,旋转焊接、拉筋进给、托筋盘转速匹配等滚焊机基本操作,结合上位机对滚焊机进行参数设置、在线监测和实时控制等。利用无线LORA射频通信技术实现对自动夹具、气动支撑装置和推笼装置的气缸电磁阀进行远程无线控制;利用红外技术实现对旋转绕筋输送过程中的焊接速度匹配焊接。既避免了装置在运动过程中的接线缠绕问题,又满足使用需求。该系统实现了电杆钢筋笼的快速焊接、过程显示、故障报警和处理等功能,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。In order to solve the problems of small diameter,long length and diameter taper of the steel cage in the processing of pole seam welder,this paper develops a seam welder control system based on PLC control and wireless LORA radio frequency technology and infrared technology.The automatic variable diameter of seam welder,rotary welding,rib feed,and speed matching of ribs are realized.Combined with the host computer,parameter setting,online monitoring and real-time control of seam welder are performed.The wireless LORA radio frequency communication technology is utilized to realize remote wireless control of the cylinder solenoid valve of the automatic fixture,pneumatic support device and cage pushing device.Infrared technology is used to match the welding speed during the rotation of the rib conveying process,which avoids the problem of wire winding during the movement of the device and meets the demand.The system realizes the functions of rapid welding,process display,fault alarm and treatment of pole steel cage,which has certain practical and popularization value.
