摘 要:为快速、有效、方便地实现数控系统进给倍率控制,为数控机床维修、升级改造提供有效手段,对KND数控系统进给倍率控制进行了研究。首先介绍了功能指令用法、数控系统PMC的四类信号及各信号间的关系;其次分析了进给倍率控制的G信号及该信号与输入信号X之间的对应关系,根据进给倍率控制的数据传送规律;最后运用功能指令编制了进给倍率PMC控制程序,实现了数控机床进给倍率控制,为高档数控机床的开发和升级改造提供了参考。In order to realize the feedrate override control of the CNC system quickly,effectively and conveniently,and provide an effective means for the maintenance and upgrading of CNC machine tools,the feedrate override control of the KND CNC system is studied.Function instruction usage,the four types of signals of the PMC of the numerical control system and the relationship between the signals are introduced.The G signal of the feedrate control and the corresponding relationship between this signal and the input signal X are analyzed.According to the data transmission rule of feedrate override control,the feedrate override PMC control program is compiled by the function command,and the feedrate override control of CNC machine tools is realized,which provides a reference for the development and upgrading of high-end CNC machine tools.
