摘 要:针对目前轨道车辆在重载、快捷化产品设计过程中轴箱螺栓联接强度评估的问题(由于轴箱体和前盖之间存在间隙,前盖螺栓孔位置处刚度较弱,在预紧过程中将产生附加弯矩,进而影响轴箱的使用安全),以某轨道车辆转向架轴箱为例,基于最新VDI2230标准第二部分中规定的内容进行螺栓有限元建模,并采用第一部分规定的方法进行螺栓联接强度评估。结果表明,借助有限元分析软件,可计算复杂装配情况下螺栓预紧力损失量和预加载荷变化量,进而进行螺栓联接强度评估。In view of the problem of the evaluation of the connection strength of axle box bolts in the design of heavy-duty and fast-track products,the rigidity of the front cover bolt holes is weak due to the gap between the axle housing and the front cover.Additional bending moments are generated during the process,which in turn affects the safe use of the axle box.This paper takes the axle box of a rail vehicle as an example,the bolt finite element modeling is carried out based on the content specified in the second part of the latest VDI2230 standard,and the bolt joint strength evaluation is carried out according to the method specified in the first part.The results show that with the help of finite element analysis software,the bolt preload loss and the preload change can be calculated under complex assembly conditions,and then the bolt joint strength can be evaluated.
