摘 要:为提高香蕉茎纤维-丙烯酸树脂的吸水率,利用响应面法对树脂的制备工艺进行了优化,研究了酸纤比、中和度、引发剂用量和交联剂用量对树脂吸水率的影响,并利用响应面法对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明香蕉茎纤维-丙烯酸树脂的最佳工艺条件为酸纤比18.2 mL/g、中和度92%、引发剂用量0.62%和交联剂用量0.10%。在此条件下,制备的树脂吸水率为672.35 g/g,与预测值相对误差为0.81%,验证了该回归方程的准确性与可靠性。该研究为香蕉茎纤维的开发与利用提供参考。The aim was to improve the water absorption of banana stem fiber-acrylic superabsorbent.The preparation process of resin was optimized by response surface method.The effects of acid-fiber ratio,neutralization degree,amount of initiator and amount of cross-linking agent on water absorption of resin were studied.The response surface method was used to optimize the process conditions.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for banana stem fiber-acrylic superabsorbent were acid-fiber ratio of 18.2 mL/g,neutralization degree of 92%,initiator dosage of 0.62%and crosslinking agent dosage of 0.10%.Under this condition,the prepared resin had a water absorption of 672.35 g/g,and the relative error was 0.81%compared with the predicted value,which verified the accuracy and reliability of the regression equation.This study provided a reference for the development and utilization of banana stem fiber.
