摘　　要：针对战略预警人才三位一体培养体系的基础性工程--教学力量建设问题,分析了教学力量建设的价值诉求及当前存在的主要问题,进而围绕打造一体融合的教学力量,从建设院校服务于部队的教学骨干队伍,组建部队组训教练和赴院校讲学队伍,聘用地方军民融合师资力量三个方面提出了对策措施.Aiming at the basic project of the three-in-one training system for strategic early warning talents--teaching force construction,this article analyzes the value demand of teaching force construction and the main problems existing at present.And then around creating an integrated teaching force,the article puts forward countermeasures from three aspects:building the teaching backbone team serving the army,setting up a troop of training coaches and teaching teams to give lectures in academies,and employing the local civil-military integrated teachers.
