摘　　要：介绍了呼伦贝尔驰宏矿业有限公司冶炼烟气制酸系统SO2风机的联锁保护控制情况。针对生产过程中PLC联锁保护控制系统多次出现总线通讯中断、受外界干扰现场控制仪出现异常,致使风机停止甚至发生风机损毁的重大设备事故的情况,提出了增设DCS联锁保护控制系统对SO2风机进行远程监控和保护的方案。PLC和DCS双重联锁使SO2风机运行的安全性和可靠性得到显著提升,可进一步避免SO2风机事故的发生。The interlock protection and control of SO2 fan in sulphuric acid system of smelting flue gas in Hulunbeier Chihong Mining Co.,Ltd.is introduced.In view of the bus communication interruption of PLC interlock protection control system for many times in the production process,and the abnormity of the field controller disturbed by the outside world,which causes the fan to stop or even cause the major equipment accident of fan damage,the scheme of adding DCS interlock protection control system for remote monitoring and protection of SO2 fan is put forward.The double interlock of PLC and DCS greatly improves the safety and reliability of SO2 fan operation,which can further avoid the occurrence of SO2 fan accidents.
