摘 要:介绍了中和沉淀法、硫化沉淀法、膜处理技术等常见污酸处理技术的优缺点,讨论了冶炼烟气制酸污酸成分对回用的影响。针对目前的污酸处理工艺未有效利用污酸中的硫酸成分且会产生大量石膏中和渣的问题,云南驰宏锌锗股份有限公司联合云南兴贤环保科技有限公司开发了吸附沉降除砷等重金属+选择性离子膜除氟氯的污酸回用工艺。经实践证明:经该技术处理后的污酸可回用于净化工序或企业内部其他需要利用稀酸的工艺过程,污酸外排量由约350 m^3/d降至10 m^3/d,污酸总回用率达90%以上,同时大大减少了石灰的使用量,节水减排效果显著,具有明显的经济效益和环保效益。The advantages and disadvantages of common waste acid treatment technologies,such as neutralization precipitation,sulfurization precipitation and membrane treatment,are introduced.The influence of composition of waste acid produced from smelting flue gas on reuse is discussed.In view of the problem that the current waste acid treatment process does not effectively utilize the sulphuric acid component in the waste acid and will produce a large number of gypsum neutralization slag,Yunnan Chihong Zinc Germanium Co.,Ltd.and Yunnan Xingxian Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.have developed the waste acid recycling process of adsorption,sedimentation,arsenic removal and other heavy metals+selective ion membrane defluorination and chlorine removal.It has been proved by practice that the waste acid treated by this technology can be reused in the purification process or other processes in the enterprise that need to use dilute acid.The discharge capacity of waste acid is reduced from about 350 m3/d to 10 m3/d,and the total reuse rate of waste acid is more than 90%.Meanwhile,the use of lime is greatly reduced,the effect of water saving and emission reduction is significant,and it has obvious economic and environmental benefits.
