摘 要:为解决采场瓦斯涌出量达20 m^3/min以上的上隅角瓦斯治理难题,基于回采过程中顶板上覆岩层动态运移规律和现场实际考察,确定出距顶板15~38 m、回风巷8~40 m为卸压瓦斯富集区域,利用定向钻机精准施工钻孔进行稳定高效抽采。通过在马堡煤业15203综采工作面施工5个定向长钻孔进行试验,在70 d抽采时间内,单孔抽采瓦斯纯流量最大达到10.41 m^3/min,钻场抽采瓦斯纯流量达到15.00 m^3/min,瓦斯抽采效果是普通钻孔的3~4倍,施工时间比高抽巷缩短约2/3,工程成本节约3/4左右,不仅有效缓解了矿井抽、掘、采衔接紧张的问题,而且实现了矿井瓦斯治理降本增效的目的。In order to solve the problem of gas control in the upper corner of the mining stope where the gas emission amount is more than 20 m^3/min,based on the dynamic migration law of the overburden rock layer on the roof during the mining process and field investigation,it is determined that the enrichment area of pressure relief is from 15 m to 38 m away from the roof and from 8 m to 40 m away from the return air roadway,and the directional drilling machine is used to accurately drill boreholes for stable and efficient extraction.The experiment was carried out on 5 directional long holes in 15203 fully mechanized mining face of Mabao Coal Industry.Within 70 days of extraction,the maximum pure flow rate of single-hole gas drainage is 10.41 m^3/min,the pure flow rate of gas drainage in the drilling field is up to 15.00 m^3/min,the gas extraction effect is about 3 times to 4 times as good as ordinary drilling,the construction time is about 2/3 shorter than that of the high drainage roadway,and the engineering cost is saved by about 3/4,which not only effectively relieves the joint tension of coal drainage,excavation and mining,but also realizes the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of mine gas control.
