摘　　要：目的 建立伏立康唑注射液利用评价方法,为伏立康唑的合理应用提供依据.方法 以伏立康唑注射液的说明书、《抗菌药物利用指导原则》等为依据,在查阅相关文献的基础上制定基于加权TOPSIS法的伏立康唑注射液药物利用评价细则,并据此对笔者所在医院2019年1月—9月的60份使用伏立康唑注射液的归档病历进行合理性评价分析.结果 60份病例中相对接近程度>90%者8例(13.33%),80%~90%者3例(5%),70%~80%者11例(18.33%),60%~70%者14例(23.33%),<60%者24例(40%).结论 基于加权TOPSIS法制定的伏立康唑注射液的利用评价方法可用于伏立康唑注射液合理使用的评价,且评价行为规范合理;评价结果提示朝阳医院伏立康唑注射液的不合理使用现象较为明显,应加强管理并规范用药以减少不合理用药现象.Objective To establish a drug using evaluation method of Voriconazole injection and provide a basis for the reasonable use of Voriconazole injection.Methods With reference to the package insertion of Voriconazole injection,the guiding principles of clinical use of antibiotics,by reviewing related literatures,based on the weighted TOPSIS method,and detailed rules for drug utilization review(DUR)of Voriconazole injection were made.And then 60 archived medical records of Voriconazole injection from January to September in 2019 were evaluated in respect to medication rationality based on these rules.Results Among 60 cases,relative proximity of 8 cases were more than 90%(13.33%);that of 3 cases were between 80%~90%(5%);that of 11 cases were between 70%-80%(18.33%);that of 14 cases were between 60%-70%(23.33%);that of 24 cases were below 60%(40%).Conclusion Established DUR method of Voriconazole injection on the basis of weighted TOPSIS methods can be used to evaluate the rationality of drug use and promote more rational evaluation behavior.And the results indicate that unreasonable use of Voriconazole injection is still common in Chao-Yang hospital,so drug use should be standardized to reduce the unreasonable phenomenon.
