摘　　要：基于对建筑业发展的理论内涵、水平层次、表现特征及形成路径的剖析和既有建筑业发展质量研究文献的梳理,采用切克兰德软系统方法论(SSM)对建筑业发展质量的核心内涵进行探讨,并从建筑业自身发展、创新驱动、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展六个层面定义建筑业发展质量概念模型,试图探索一套既适配于产业发展和建筑市场状态又具有前瞻引导性的评价体系框架,以期能为建筑业发展质量的研究提供一些参考。Based on the analysis of the theoretical connotation,level,manifestation characteristics and formation path of the development of the construction industry and the combing of the existing literature on the development quality of the construction industry,the paper discusses the core connotation of the development quality of the construction industry by using the Checkland Soft System Methodology(SSM),defines the conceptual model of construction industry development quality from six levels,the development of the construction industry itself,innovation-driven,coordinated development,green development,open development and shared development.And tries to explore a set of evaluation system framework which is not only suitable for industrial development and construction market status,but also has forwardlooking guidance,in order to provide some reference for the research of construction industry development quality.
