隔药灸配合药物治疗肝癌介入术后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔药灸配合药物治疗肝癌介入术后恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将70例肝癌介入术后恶心呕吐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用注射用盐酸格拉司琼静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用隔药灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后恶心、呕吐评分及胃液引流量的变化情况,并比较两组胃管留置时间及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后恶心、呕吐评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后恶心、呕吐评分及胃管留置时间与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗3 d、7 d后胃液引流量与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗3 d、7 d后胃液引流量与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组为71.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔药灸配合注射用盐酸格拉司琼静脉滴注能明显改善肝癌介入术后恶心呕吐症状,缩短胃管留置时间。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herb-partitioned moxibustion plus medication in treating nausea and vomiting after liver cancer intervention therapy.Method Seventy patients with nausea and vomiting after liver cancer intervention therapy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by Granisetron hydrochloride injection via intravenous drip,based on which the treatment group was given herb-partitioned moxibustion.The nausea and vomiting score and gastric drainage volume were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The gastric tube indwelling duration and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result The nausea and vomiting score changed significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the nausea and vomiting score and gastric tube indwelling duration in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The gastric drainage volume after 3-day and 7-day treatment showed significant changes compared with that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The gastric drainage volume in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group after 3-day and 7-day treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 91.4%in the treatment group versus 71.4%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Herb-partitioned moxibustion plus intravenous drip of Granisetron hydrochloride injection can notably improve the nausea and vomiting symptoms after liver cancer intervention therapy and shorten the gastric tube indwelling duration.
