摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷对阑尾炎腹腔镜术后恢复的临床效果。方法将74例急性阑尾炎并行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例。治疗组术后采用穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用常规术后护理。比较两组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、术后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和总住院时间,并采用生活质量评价量表(SF-36)对两组患者的躯体和心理状态进行评估。结果治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、SF-36各项评分及术后1~3 d VAS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组术后总住院时间为(8.7±1.2)d,对照组为(13.9±2.3)d,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷有助于阑尾炎腹腔镜术后患者快速康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application on the recovery after laparoscopic appendectomy.Method Seventy-four patients with acute appendicitis who had undergone laparoscopic appendectomy were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 37 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupoint application after surgery and the control group,conventional postoperative nursing.Times for postoperative recovery of bowel sound,times for postoperative first flatus,postoperative Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and hospitalization times were compared between the two groups.Physical and mental states were assessed using the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the two groups of patients.Results There were statistically significant differences in time for postoperative recovery of bowel sound,time for postoperative first flatus,postoperative SF-36 item scores and the VAS score at one to three days after surgery between the treatment and control groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Postoperative hospitalization time was(8.7±1.2)days in the treatment group and(13.9±2.3)days in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion Acupoint application is helpful for rapid rehabilitation of patients with appendicitis after laparoscopic appendectomy.
