北京旧城胡同居住空间改造模式探究

摘　　要：北京旧城胡同居住空间改造的探索一直在反思中前进,历经30余载,始终面临严峻的困难与挑战.北京旧城胡同承载着城市的文化与特色,对其保护与更新不仅是对传统文化的保护和延续,更对改善人们的生活需求起到至关重要的作用.以当代北京旧城居住空间为研究对象,对当下居住空间改造模式的探索进程进行分析整理,总结归纳出胡同居住空间的设计策略与方法,以期对未来的改造模式提供借鉴与支持.The exploration of residential space reconstruction for old city Hutongs in Beijing has been on the way hand in hand with reflection.For more than three decades,it has been always facing major dilemmas and challenges time and again.Beijing old city Hutongs inherit the culture and traits of the city,and its protection and renewal is not only the protection and continuation of traditional culture,but also plays an imperative role in improving people's living standards.Studying on the case of residential space reconstruction of the old city in Beijing,and analysing and sorting out the exploration progress of the current dwelling space reconstruction patterns,the design strategies and methods of Hutong residential space are summarized and the recommendations and supports for the future transformative patterns are offered.
