摘 要:针对低浓度铀废水的修复,实验以合果芋与内生细菌Pseudomonas sp.XNN8和放线菌XNG3构建共生体系,研究植物-微生物联合修复铀污染废水。研究结果表明共生体系修复效果优于未定殖的合果芋,在0.5 mg/L铀废水中达到最高铀富集率98.34%。在0.5 mg/L、1 mg/L、2 mg/L铀废水中,溶液中的浓度分别降至16.615μg/L、17.903μg/L、26.067μg/L,均在排放标准0.05 mg/L以下,因此该共生体系可用于低浓度铀废水修复。红外表征显示,内生菌可能增加了—OH含量或强化了—OH对铀的结合作用。Aiming at the remediation of low-concentration uranium wastewater,a symbiotic system was established with Syngonium podophyllum Schott,endophytic bacteria Pseudomonas sp.XNN8 and actinomycetes XNG3 to study plant-microorganism remediation of u ranium polluted wastewater.The result of research shows that the repair effect of symbiotic system was better than that of uncolonized Syngonium podophyllum Schott.The highest uranium enrichment rate was 98.34%in 0.5 mg/L uranium wastewater.In 0.5 mg/L,1 mg/L and 2 mg/L uranium waste water,the concentration of the solution decreased to 16.615μg/L,17.903μg/L and 26.067μg/L respectively.Their concentration was all reduced to the discharge standard of 0.05 mg/L.Therefore,the symbiotic system can be used for the remediation of low concentration uranium wastewater.Infrared characterization showed that endophytes may increase the content of—OH or strengthen the binding of—OH to uranium.
