摘 要:目的分析在心内科护理服务工作中采用优质护理的应用价值。方法随机选取该院心内科收治的84例患者为调查对象,采用双盲法分为甲组和乙组,各42例,甲组采用心内科传统护理,乙组采用优质护理,比较两组患者满意度评分和心理状态评分。结果调查显示,乙组患者满意度评分显著高于甲组,并且焦虑、抑郁评分显著优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论心内科护理服务采用优质护理可有效改善患者负性情绪。Objective To analyze the application value of quality nursing in the nursing service of cardiology department.Methods A total of 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B,42 in each group.Group a received traditional nursing and group B received high-quality nursing.Results The survey showed that the satisfaction score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients.
