白血病患者进行心理干预对缓解患者情绪状况及改善生活质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在临床护理过程中进行心理干预对缓解白血病患者情绪状况及改善生活质量的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年12月收治的白血病患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组34例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用心理护理模式。观察对比两组患者不良情绪改善情况和生活质量改善情况。结果两组患者干预前不良情绪改善情况、生活质量改善情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者干预后各项不良情绪评分均明显低于对照组,各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理过程中进行心理干预可有效帮助白血病患者缓解不良情绪,显著提升患者的生活质量,在白血病患者临床护理中具有较高的应用价值,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the process of clinical nursing on relieving the emotional state and improving the quality of life of leukemia patients.Methods A total of68 leukemia patients admitted from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Routine nursing mode was adopted in the control group and psychological nursing mode in the study group.Observe and compare the improvement of bad mood and living condition between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the improvement of adverse emotions and living conditions before intervention;the scores of adverse emotions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention in the process of clinical nursing can effectively help patients with leukemia to relieve bad mood,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which has a high application value in clinical nursing of patients with leukemia,and is worthy of promotion and application.
