通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗在儿童过敏性鼻炎中的应用效果进行研究。方法:本次实验选取本院2018年3月-2019年3月期间100例儿童过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗手段的不同将患者分为甲组和乙组,两组患者人数保持一致。甲组患者仅进行西替利嗪滴剂治疗,乙组患者进行通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗,统计两组患者恢复情况及不良反应出现情况。结果:研究结果显示,相比甲组,乙组患者恢复情况较好,两组之间差异较大,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);相比甲组,乙组患者不良反应出现几率较低,两组之间差异明显,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗能够在一定程度上提高患者恢复率,减少不良反应出现,具有一定的现实意义。objective:to study the effect of Tongqiao rhinitis granule combined with cetirizin drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:from March 2018 to March 2019,100 children with allergic rhinitis were selected as the subjects of study.Results:compared with group A and group B,the results of the study showed that the patients in group A and group B were compared with group A and group B.Conclusion:Tongqiao rhinitis granule combined with cetirizine drops can improve the recovery rate of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to a certain extent,which has certain significance.
