摘　　要：目的探讨医院-社区-家庭管理模式对严重精神障碍患者及家属的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2018年12月就诊于我院的严重精神障碍患者112例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各56例。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予医院-社区-家庭管理模式干预,比较6个月后2组患者躁狂状态、抑郁状态及患者家属精神卫生知识知晓情况。结果干预后观察组躁狂评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,观察组的患者家属精神卫生知识知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭管理模式对严重精神障碍患者的精神状态有改善作用,且可以提高家属属精神卫生知识掌握情况,有助于精神障碍患者的康复。Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family management model on the quality of life of patients with severe mental disorders and their family members.Methods A total of 112 patients with severe mental disorders who visited our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 56 patients in each group.The control group was given routine management intervention,and the observation group was given hospital-community-family management model intervention.After 6 months,the manic state,depressive state and mental health knowledge of the family members of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of manic state and depressive state in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mental health knowledge rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of hospital-community-family management can improve the mental state of patients with severe mental disorders,and improve the family's understanding of mental disorders can help the recovery of patients with mental disorders.
