灵芝提取物中多种三萜的质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的研究灵芝提取物中多种三萜类成分的质量控制方法,使用一测多评法检测灵芝提物物种多种灵芝三萜的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C 18为固定相,以乙腈∶0.04%甲酸水溶液为流动相的色谱条件下,建立灵芝酸A与灵芝酸B、灵芝酸C、灵芝烯酸D、灵芝酸G、灵芝酸C2、灵芝酸F、灵芝酸H和赤芝酸A的相对保留时间与相对校正因子。结果各三萜成分的色谱峰相对保留时间和相对校正因子重现性好,与外标法相比测定了7批灵芝提取物中的9种灵芝三萜成分,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2%以内。结论该方法可应用于灵芝提取物三萜多种成分的检测和质量评价工作。OBJECTIVE To establisha multi-evaluation method:Quantitative Analysis of Multi-Assessment by Single marker(QAMS)for the determination of varieties components of Ganoderic acid in Ganoderma lucidum extracts.METHODS Relative retention time and Relative Correction Factors of Ganoderic acid A and Ganoderic acid B,Ganoderic acid C,Ganoderenic acid D,Ganoderic acid G,Ganoderic acid C2,Ganoderic acid F,Ganoderic acid H and Lucidenic acid A were established by high performance liquid chromatography with C 18 as the stationary phase and acetonitrile∶0.04%formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase.RESULTS The Relative Retention Time and the reproducibility of the Relative Correction Factor were verified.The relative standard deviation of nine Ganoderic acid in seven batches of Ganoderma lucidum extracts was less than 2%compared with external standard method.CONCLUSION The QAMS method was applied to the determination and quality evaluation of triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum extract.
