摘　　要：近年来,土地制约和人口上涨使得高层住宅成为我国住宅建筑的主流形式,然而其在满足城市居民住房要求,改善居民居住条件的同时也衍生出诸多问题,包括交往空间缺失、人际关系淡漠以及认同感淡化等。本文结合钱江时代公寓垂直院落式交往空间,从设计角度探讨我国高层住宅交往空间的塑造,以期有益于当下高层住宅问题解决及居住环境质量提升。The restriction of land and the rising population makes the form of high-rise buildings become the mainstream of residential construction in our country in recent years.While satisfying the demands of urban housing and improving the living conditions of residents,however,it also cause many problems,including the lack of communication space,the indifference of interpersonal relationship and identity.This paper discusses the design of communication space of high-rise residential buildings in China based on the vertical courtyard communication space of Qianjiang era apartments,in order to help solve the problems of high-rise residential buildings and improve the quality of living environment.
