摘　　要：相比于大血管,小血管病变植入支架后更容易发生晚期管腔丢失。为了克服药物洗脱支架的不足,药物涂层球囊(DCB)应运而生。本文通过比较DCB与DCB+裸金属支架、DCB与药物洗脱支架、单纯DCB在冠状动脉小血管病变中的相关临床研究进行综述。Compared with large vessels,small vessel lesions are more prone to having late lumen loss after drug-eluting stent implantation.In order to overcome this shortage,drug-coated balloons(DCB)are developed.This article reviews the related clinical studies of DCB,DCB+bare metal stents,DCB+drug-eluting stents,and DCB alone in coronary small vessel disease.
