摘  要:"引企入教"成为诸多高校开展工程教育改革的必然选择,对其实践模式和运行机制探索具有重要现实意义。专业"深度‘引企入教’"实践模式和运行机制探索拟以工程教育认证理念为基础进行重构,新的实践模式坚持学生为本、产出至上、持续改进3项原则,新的运行机制包含培养方案共建机制、课程体系共建机制、师资队伍共建机制、支持条件共建机制、持续改进体系共建机制等5项运行机制,从而推动专业人才培养重返工程化教育轨道。"Introducing enterprises into education"has become an inevitable choice for many universities to carry out engineering education reform,and it has important practical significance for the exploration of its practice model and operating mechanism.The professional"depth"introducing enterprises into teaching""practice model and operation mechanism are planned to be reconstructed based on the concept of engineering education certification.The new practice model adheres to the three principles of student-oriented,output first,continuous improvement,and new operation.The mechanism includes five operating mechanisms including the training plan co-construction mechanism,the curriculum system co-construction mechanism,the faculty team co-construction mechanism,the support condition co-construction mechanism,and the continuous improvement system co-construction mechanism.
