摘　　要：近年来,Kiwi Omni胎头吸引器是在国内外产科临床广泛应用的阴道助产分娩技术之一,常用于第二产程助产,准确掌握该技术的适应证,熟练应用,则能够缩短第二产程的时间,降低母婴相关的并发症,提高助产成功率.本文就从Kiwi Omni胎头吸引器的发展历史、优势、操作方法、助产前评估、助产条件、适应证、禁忌证、并发症以及Kiwi Omni胎头吸引器使用注意事项进行综合探讨.In recent years,the Kiwi Omni fetal head suction device is one of the vaginal midwifery delivery techniques widely used in obstetrics at home and abroad.It is often used in the second stage of labor.It is accurate to master the indications of the technology.Skilled application can shorten The time of the second stage of labor reduces maternal and infant related complications and improves the success rate of midwifery.This article comprehensively discusses the development history,advantages,operation methods,prenatal evaluation,conditions,indications,contraindications,complications,and considerations for the use of Kiwi Omni fetal head suction device.
