摘 要:目的:探究血液检测仪在鉴别及诊断小儿贫血中的应用价值.方法:选取本院2017年8月~2019年8月收治的78例贫血患儿(观察组)及同期行体检的52例健康儿童(对照组)作为研究对象.将78例贫血患儿按照不同贫血类型分成实验A组(感染性贫血,32例)、实验B组(缺铁性贫血,46例).经血液检测仪检验所有研究对象的血液,对比分析三组受检儿童的检验结果.结果:与对照组相比,实验A组、实验B组MCV、MCHC、MCH指标水平均更低,RDW水平更高,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义.实验A组、实验B组的MCH、MCV指标水平相比,P>0.05,差异不存在统计学意义.实验A组MCHC、RDW指标水平低于实验B组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义.结论:临床可通过血液检验仪中的平均血红蛋白浓度及红细胞分布宽度等指标来鉴别及诊断小儿贫血,并为后续治疗提供依据.Objective:To explore the application value of blood tester in identifying and diagnosing anemia in children.Methods:78 patients with anemia(observation group)and 52 healthy children(control group)who underwent physical examination in the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.78 children with anemia were divided into experimental group A(infectious anemia,32 cases)and experimental group B(iron deficiency anemia,46 cases)according to different types of anemia.The blood of all the research subjects was tested by a blood tester,and the test results of the three groups of tested children were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the MCV,MCHC,and MCH indicators in the experimental group A and experimental group B were lower,and the RDW level was higher,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Compared with the MCH and MCV index levels in the experimental group A and the experimental group B,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The MCHC and RDW index levels in the experimental group A were lower than those in the experimental group B,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Clinically,the average hemoglobin concentration and red blood cell distribution width in the blood tester can be used to identify and diagnose anemia in children,and provide a basis for subsequent treatment.
