无烟电刀的应用与手术室空气净化效果的观察分析

摘　　要：目的:初步针对无烟电刀的应用与手术室空气净化效果的进行观察分析.方法:以本院4间手术室为研究地点,将4间手术室分为2组(每组各2间),实验组使用无烟电刀+空气层流净化系统的空气净化模式,对照组仅用空气层流净化系统完成净化过程.采用平板暴露采样法对空气净化效果进行评估,通过cfu值评估空气净化效果.采样时点选取开机前30min,手术开始后30min及手术开始后60min.结果:两组间开机前30min空气净化效果没有统计学差异(P>0.05),手术开始后30min及60min时空气净化效果有统计学差异(P<0.05).实验组及对照组不同监测时刻空气净化效果的影响因素分析结果显示,手术室人数及手术时长均为空气净化效果的影响因素(P<0.05),且手术室人数多、手术时间长及频繁开启手术门对空气净化效果具有一定的负面影响.结论:层流手术室中无烟电刀的使用对无菌环境的维持具有较明显的优势,但强化无菌观念和正规化管理仍然是医疗程序安全的根本保证与要求,因此无烟电刀可大力进行临床推广,但医务人员决不可缺乏无菌观念.Objective:To initially observe and analyze the application of smokeless electrocautery and the air purification effect in the operating room.Methods:Taking 4 operating rooms in our hospital as the research site,the 4 operating rooms were divided into 2 groups(2 in each group),the experimental group used the air purification mode of smokeless electric knife+air laminar flow purification system,the control group Only the laminar air purification system is used to complete the purification process.The flat panel exposure sampling method was used to evaluate the air purification effect,and the cfu value was used to evaluate the air purification effect.The sampling time point was 30 minutes before starting the machine,30 minutes after the operation started and 60 minutes after the operation started.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the air purification effect 30 minutes before starting the machine(P>0.05),and the air purification effect was statistically different between the 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the operation started(P<0.05).The analysis results of the influencing factors of the air purification effect of the experimental group and the control group at different monitoring moments show that the number of operating rooms and the length of operation are the influencing factors of the air purification effect(P<0.05),and the large number of people in the operating room,long operation time and frequent opening of the operation door have a certain negative impact on the air purification effect.Conclusion:The use of smokeless electrocautery in the laminar flow operating room has obvious advantages for maintaining a sterile environment,but strengthening the concept of aseptic and regular management is still the fundamental guarantee and requirement for the safety of medical procedures.Therefore,the smokeless electrocautery can be vigorously promoted clinically,but medical staff must not lack the concept of sterility.
