布地奈德福莫特罗使用超声雾化器治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘患者采用布地奈德福莫特罗使用超声雾化吸入器的临床效果.方法:选入本院于2018年1月~2019年1月进行治疗的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并哮喘患者30例,以随机数表法的形式将其分为研究组和对照组,各15例.对照组行氧疗和和茶碱类联合沙丁胺醇进行治疗,研究组行布地奈德福莫特罗使用超声雾化吸入器治疗,对比2组患者的临床症状改善情况及6m i n步行的距离、临床效果.结果:研究组临床症状改善情况及6min步行的距离均比对照组理想,P<0.05.结论:对于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘患者进行布地奈德福莫特罗使用超声雾化吸入器,可以缓解临床症状,其治疗效果显著.Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide formoterol using ultrasonic nebulizer inhaler in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.Methods:We selected 30 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and divided them into a research group and a control group in the form of random number table,each 15 example.The control group was treated with oxygen therapy and theophylline combined with salbutamol.The study group was treated with budesonide formoterol using an ultrasonic atomizing inhaler.Compare the improvement of clinical symptoms and the distance of 6-minute walk between the two groups.effect.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms and the walking distance of 6 minutes in the study group were both better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma,the use of budesonide formoterol with ultrasonic atomizing inhaler can relieve clinical symptoms,and its therapeutic effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
