改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管在困难气道患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探索改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管在困难气道患者中的应用.方法:选择100例困难气道患者为试验对象,采用数据库随机分组式,各50例,分别进行普通喉镜治疗、改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管治疗.结果:观察组气管插管时间(72.39±7.85)s、镜下咽部解剖结构显露分级(1.13±0.52)级、不良反应发生率(2.00%)、一次性插管成功率(98.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对困难气道患者实施改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管治疗效果显著.Objective:To explore the application of modified ordinary laryngeal mask assisted fiber bronchoscope intubation in patients with difficult airways.Methods:100 patients with difficult airway were selected as the test object,using database random grouping,50 cases in each,were treated with ordinary laryngoscope and modified ordinary laryngeal mask assisted fiber bronchoscope intubation.Results:The observation group had tracheal intubation time(72.39±7.85)s,microscopic pharyngeal anatomy revealed grade(1.13±0.52),adverse reaction rate(2.00%),one-time intubation success rate(98.00%)were all Better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of difficult airway patients with modified ordinary laryngeal mask assisted fiber bronchoscope endotracheal intubation treatment is effective.
