揿针耳针治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症35例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察对35例儿童单纯性肥胖症患者应用耳针的临床治疗效果.方法:选取2017年6月~2018年6月在本院中医门诊接受的儿童单纯性肥胖症患者35例作为研究对象,采用清铃揿针的耳针对儿童单纯性肥胖症患者进行为期1个月的针刺治疗.观察患者治疗前、治疗后、停针1年后的各项肥胖指标、生化指标,并对其进行比较分析.结果:儿童单纯性肥胖症患者治疗1个月后,其各项肥胖指标、生化指标明显优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童单纯性肥胖症患者停针1年后,其各项肥胖指标、生化指标相比于治疗前有着较大的差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将揿针耳针应用于35例儿童单纯性肥胖症患者的治疗中获得的效果极为显著,不仅能够在针刺1个月后出现明显的变化,还能够在较长的时间内保持一个良好的效果.Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of applying ear acupuncture to 35 children with simple obesity.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,35 children with simple obesity received in the Chinese Medicine Clinic of our hospital were selected as the research object,and the ears with clear bells were used to treat children with simple obesity for 1 month.Acupuncture treatment.Observe the patients’obesity indexes and biochemical indexes before treatment,after treatment,and after 1 year of needle withdrawal,and compare and analyze them.Results:After 1 month of treatment for children with simple obesity,their obesity and biochemical indicators were significantly better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);children with simple obesity had a large difference in obesity and biochemical indexes compared with before treatment after 1 year of needle withdrawal.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The effect of applying acupuncture ear acupuncture to the treatment of 35 children with simple obesity is very significant,not only can it show obvious changes after a month of acupuncture,but also can maintain a long time good effect.
