摘　　要：目的:讨论CT诊断鉴别胆胰管十二指肠连接区小肿瘤的价值意义。方法:将2014年4月~2019年4月本院收治的83例胰管十二指肠连接区小肿瘤,10例胰头区炎症作为观察对照。患者均行CT扫描,与病理诊断结果比对,了解CT诊断鉴别价值意义。结果:83例胰管十二指肠连接区病变患者,75例为癌,误诊炎症2例,诊断正确73例。10例胰头区炎症患者误诊为肿瘤6例。结论:CT诊断胆胰管十二指肠连接区小肿瘤的准确率高。Objective:To discuss the value and significance of CT diagnosis in identifying small tumors in the bile duct duodenal junction.Methods:Eighty-three patients with pancreatic duct and duodenal junction tumors treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2019,and 10 cases of pancreatic head region inflammation were used as controls.All patients underwent CT scanning and compared with pathological diagnosis results to understand the significance of CT diagnosis.Results:Of the 83 patients with pancreatic duct and duodenal junction lesions,75 were cancers,2 were misdiagnosed with inflammation,and 73 were diagnosed correctly.Ten patients with inflammation of the pancreatic head area were misdiagnosed as tumors in 6 cases.Conclusion:CT has a high accuracy in diagnosing small tumors in the bile pancreaticoduodenal junction area.
