心脏彩色多普勒超声在高血压心脏病诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪应用在高血压心脏病诊断当中的价值。方法:将本院在2018年4月~2019年6月收治的疑似高血压心脏病患者223例作为本文的调查对象进行调查研究,所有患者入院以后选择心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行检查,并且对患者的相关临床表现进行综合性的分析,总结患者心脏彩色多普勒超声检查的准确性和相关的图像特征。结果:本文223例患者经过心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪诊断,获取高血压心脏病阳性标本159例,占71.30%,阴性标本64例,占28.70%;对所有患者的相关图像测量指标进行检验,显示患者平均左心房内径为(3.12±0.28)mm,射血分数为(61.28±7.26)%,左心房内径/主动脉内径为(1.16±0.05)mm、E/A值为1.50±0.08;经超声图像检验显示,患者存在不同程度的左心室肥厚、左心房增大、主动脉扩张和心律失常等表现。结论:经过心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对高血压心脏病进行诊断能有效提高诊断的效果,可以直观性地反映患者的血流信号和相关表现。Objective:To analyze the value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertension and heart disease.Methods:A total of 223 patients with suspected hypertensive heart disease admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were investigated as research objects in this article.And a comprehensive analysis of the patient’s relevant clinical manifestations,summarizing the accuracy of the patient’s cardiac color Doppler ultrasound and related image features.Results:In this paper,223 patients were diagnosed by cardiac color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus,and 159 positive samples of hypertension and heart disease were obtained,accounting for 71.30%,and 64 negative samples were accounting for 28.70%;the relevant image measurement indexes of all patients were tested,showing that the patient’s average left atrium inner diameter is(3.12±0.28)mm,ejection fraction is(61.28±7.26)%,left atrium inner diameter/aortic inner diameter is(1.16±0.05)mm,and E/A value is(1.50±0.08);Ultrasound image examination showed that the patient had varying degrees of left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrium enlargement,aortic dilation and arrhythmia.Conclusion:Diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease by cardiac color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument can effectively improve the diagnosis effect,can intuitively respond to the patient’s blood flow signals and related performance,and is a diagnostic method worthy of popularization and application.
