摘  要:目的:探讨Olympus电子腹腔镜系统腹腔镜治疗远端胃癌远期疗效。方法:选取本院接受治疗的远端胃癌患者60例为研究对象,根据手术方式差异将其分为对照组与观察组,各组有30例。对照组常规开腹手术,观察组采用Olympus电子腹腔镜系统行胃癌根治术。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间,记录各组患者术后并发症情况及组患者术后生存率有无差异。结果:在手术时间方面观察组明显长于对照组(P<0.05),在术间出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间方面观察组显著少于对照组(P<0.05);在并发症率方面观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者远期生存率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胃癌根治术具有创伤小、并发症小、术后恢复快、治疗时间短的优点。Objective:To explore the long-term efficacy of Olympus laparoscopy in the treatment of distal gastric cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with distal gastric cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the differences in surgical methods.In the control group,conventional laparotomy was performed,and in the observation group,Olympus electronic laparoscopic system was used for radical gastrectomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared,and the postoperative complications of each group and the postoperative survival rate of the groups were recorded.Results:The observation group was significantly longer than the control group in terms of operation time(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly less than the control group in terms of intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,and hospital stay;The group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the long-term survival rates of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical surgery for gastric cancer has the advantages of less trauma,less complications,quick postoperative recovery,and shorter treatment time.
