后路髂腰器械内固定治疗创伤性脊柱骨盆分离临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨后路髂腰器械内固定治疗创伤性脊柱骨盆分离临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月~2019年6月在本院接受治疗的30例创伤性脊柱骨盆分离患者作为观察对象,全部观察对象均接受后路髂腰器械内固定治疗,对比分析治疗前后患者生活质量和不良情绪情况。结果:患者治疗后物质功能、社会功能、心理功能和躯体功能等方面生活质量评分结果均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。焦虑和抑郁评分结果显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:创伤性脊柱骨盆分离患者接受后路髂腰器械内固定治疗,能够获得较为理想的效果,有助于改善患者的生活质量和不良情绪。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of posterior iliac lumbar instrumentation in the treatment of traumatic spinal pelvic separation.Methods:In this study,30 patients with traumatic spine and pelvic separation who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2019 were selected as the observation objects.The patient’s quality of life and adverse emotional conditions.Results:The quality of life scores of the patients in terms of material function,social function,psychological function and physical function after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with traumatic spine and pelvic separation receiving posterior iliac lumbar instrumentation internal fixation can obtain more ideal results and help to improve the quality of life and adverse emotions of patients.
