摘　　要：分析医院在制定医疗设备购置计划过程中各个环节存在的问题,提出相应的改进建议,使医院合理配置医疗设备,促进临床科室及医院的发展。医疗设备购置计划的制定更加科学、合理、规范,提高了医疗设备的利用率,减少了医疗设备闲置和医疗资源浪费的现象。通过健全申报制度,加强调研论证,建立标准化评估体系等一系列措施,可以减少医疗设备的闲置,使医院医疗设备的配置更加合理。To analyze the problems in the process of making medical equipment purchase plan,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.To promote the development of clinical departments and hospitals by rational allocation of medical equipment.The establishment of medical equipment purchase plan is more scientific,reasonable and standard,which improves the utilization rate of medical equipment and reduces the phenomenon of idle medical equipment and waste of medical resources.Through a series of measures,such as perfecting the declaration system,strengthening the research and demonstration,and establishing the standardized evaluation system,the idling of medical equipment can be reduced and the allocation of medical equipment in hospitals can be more reasonable.
