摘 要:为实现完全和高效除酸,设计一种废旧铅酸电池打孔放酸装置,对结构进行计算校核,利用ANSYS软件对关键零部件进行模拟仿真,设计符合应用要求的打孔放酸装置三维模型,并制作打孔放酸装置样机,进行除酸实验。样机打孔的最佳工艺参数为:转速2500 r/min、进给速度8 mm/s。测试结果表明:所设计的打孔放酸装置满足机械化作业的要求。In order to achieve complete and efficient acid removal,a perforated acid release device for spent lead-acid battery was designed,the structure was calculated and checked,key components were simulated using ANSYS software to design a 3D model of the perforated acid release device that met the requirements.A prototype of a perforating and acid releasing device was made to carry out the acid removal experiment.The best process parameters for prototype drilling were:speed 2500 r/min,feed speed 8 mm/s.The test results showed that the designed perforating and acid releasing device could meet the requirements of mechanized operation.
