摘　　要：当代城市大规模扩张的背景下,工业建筑遗产的保护与利用是城市更新面临的普遍问题之一。文章在工业建筑遗产认知的基础上,总结了改造原则与模式,并基于实践案例提出改造策略,为城市工业建筑遗产的可持续发展提供参照。Under the background of large-scale expansion of contemporary cities, the protection and utilization of industrial architectural heritage is one of the common problems faced by urban renewal. Based on the cognition of industrial architectural heritage, this paper summarizes the principles and modes of transformation, and puts forward transformation strategies based on practical cases, which provides reference for the sustainable development of urban industrial architectural heritage.
