文化旅游型游憩商业区规划设计研究--以西安大雁塔RBD为例

摘　　要：随着人们对休闲旅游的需求不断上升,城市游憩商业区(RBD)逐渐兴起并受到广泛关注,文化旅游型游憩商业区是其中典型的类型。文章结合实地调研与问卷调查,以西安市大雁塔RBD为例,以景观游憩学的视角从城市游憩系统与外在性、游憩物质空间、游憩行为空间等方面进行分析,并构建模型对大雁塔RBD的空间品质进行评价,最终归纳出文化旅游型游憩商业区规划要点,以期为相似类型的RBD规划提供经验。As people’s demand for leisure traveling continues to rise, urban recreational business districts(RBD) receives widespread attention. Cultural tourism-type recreational business district is a typical one. Taking the Wild Goose Pagoda RBD in Xi’an as an example, this paper combined field surveys and questionnaires to analyze the urban recreation system and externalities, recreational material space, and recreational behavior space from the perspective of landscape recreation science, then built a model to evaluate the spatial quality of the Wild Goose Pagoda RBD, and finally summarized the points of planning cultural tourism-type recreational business district in order to provide experience for similar types of RBD planning.
