空间生产视角下黄岩城市空间变迁及发展趋势研究

摘　　要：空间生产视角下针对"市场型"中小城市空间演变动力机制的实证研究存在不足,这一类城市是中国城市化的典型样本,其中的资本权利逻辑亟待研究。文章基于对资本、权利两大要素城市空间运作逻辑的梳理,以黄岩城市空间变迁过程为实证,验证了理论的吻合性,并发现了"市场型"中小城市空间生产"并行"现象与理论"顺次"的差异,最后构建了权利资本要素预测空间发展趋势的可行路径。From the perspective of the production of space, there is a lack of empirical research on the dynamic mechanism of spatial evolution of "market-oriented" small and medium-sized cities. This kind of city is the typical sample of urbanization in China, and the logic of capital and power needs to be studied. Based on the combing of the urban spatial operation logic of capital and rights, the paper analyzes the coincidence of the theory of Huangyan urban spatial change, and finds the difference between the "parallel" phenomenon of "market-oriented" small and medium-sized cities and the "sequential" theory. Finally, a feasible path to predict the spatial development trend of the right capital element is constructed.
