摘　　要：新型冠状病毒在全球肆虐,对世界经济和社会影响巨大。在此背景下,法律服务行业中的典型代表律师事务所面临客户流失、传统服务模式受限、固定成本压力加大、司法链条受到冲击等挑战,但同时短时期内出现了部分案件需求增长、案源拓展模式创新、政策环境和缓等机遇;法律服务行业中新兴业态法律科技公司同样面临变革的机遇。面对新冠肺炎疫情带来的新的变化,从业者们应及时提升认知,创新行业获客模式,推动业务转型,深入挖掘社会治理法律业务。The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the world economy and society is enormous.In this context,the legal service industry is faced with the challenges,such as customers losing,traditional service model limited,fixed costs increasing,judicial chain being shaken,etc.But at the same time,there appear opportunities for the growth of demand for some cases,innovation of case source expansion mode,and gentle policy environment in the short term,as well as opportunities for new forms of legal service industry to face reform.In the face of the challenges and opportunities brought by the COVIN-19 epidemic,practitioners should raise their awareness in a timely manner,bring forth new ideas to the customer model of the industry,innovate the service methods and products,promote business transformation,and deeply explore the legal business of social governance.
