摘  要:文章针对包钢球团膨润土配比高、球团矿SiO2含量高的生产状况,提出使用复合粘结剂替代膨润土的技术方案,并进行了试验研究。结果表明:使用8#复合粘结剂可提高球团矿品位0.84个百分点,降低SiO2含量0.86个百分点,能更好的满足高炉冶炼需求。In this paper,the technical scheme of substituting bentonite with cobinder is proposed aiming at the production situation of high ratio of bentonite and high content of SiO2 for pellets of Baotou Steel as well as the experimental research is carried out. The results showed that the grade of pellets could increase by 0. 84 percentage points and content of SiO2 could reduce by 0. 86 percentage points with 8#cobinder,which can better meet the demands of blast furnace process.
