摘 要:文章阐述了新一代耐疲劳冷轧搪瓷内胆用钢的关键技术。设计了低碳冷轧板的化学成分和罩式退火工艺,对制备的冷轧板进行力学性能、金相组织分析,将实验钢板制作成热水器内胆做了搪瓷和打压实验,结果表明,冷轧板加入适量铌和稀土元素后,与退火工艺配合,把钢板力学性能控制在屈服强度220~270 MPa、伸长率≥38%范围时,可显著提高热水器内胆耐疲劳性,达到了打压次数15万次以上,兼具良好的搪瓷性、冲压成型性和耐疲劳性。In this paper,the key technology of a new generation of cold-rolled fatigue-resistant glassed steel for inner container is described. The chemical composition and cover annealing process of cold-rolled low carbon plate are designed as well as the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the cold-rolled plate prepared are analyzed.The experimental steel plate is made into inner container of water heater as well as the enamel and bulge tests are carried out. The results showed that the fatigue resistance of inner container of water heater was significantly improved and the times of pressuring could reach more than 150 000 when the mechanical properties of the cold-rolled steel plate were controlled at yield strength of 220 ~ 270 MPa,elongation≥38% by adding proper amount of Nb and rare earth element as well as with the annealing process so that it is with good enamel property,stamping formability and fatigue resistance.
