摘  要:文章对电极扁钢弯曲缺陷进行了研究,分析电极扁钢产生弯曲缺陷的工艺、操作、设备原因,通过对加热温度控制、孔型系统改进和操作作业标准化及运输、冷却设备技术改进等一系列改进措施,改善轧件热应力和变形应力,减少扁钢弯曲,提高电极扁钢热轧一次合格率,降低工人的劳动强度,缩短产品交货期,增强市场竞争力,提高市场占有率。In the paper,the bending defects of electrode flat steel are studied as well as the process,operations and equipment for them are analyzed. The thermal stress and deformation stress of rolled pieces are improved,bending of flat steel is reduced,first pass yield of hot rolling of electrode flat steel is improved,labor intensity of workers is reduced,product delivery time is shortened,market competitiveness is enhanced and market share is increased through a series of improvement measures such as controlling heating temperature,improving pass system,operation standardization as well as the technological improvement of transportation and cooling equipment.
